Since our objective is to work ourselves out of assignments as rapidly as possible, we are often responsible for shaping the profiles of resource or team that is needed to do this. We aid the Client in searching for the right individual/s. As Consultants in executive search, we work exclusively for corporate clients. Nevertheless we are always interested to learn more about the careers and availabilty of experienced senior executives. Unsolicited resumés are welcomed and we will retain them for a period to compare against active and future client needs.
This will cover advising Clients on all aspects of risk from Corporate Risk,Treasury ,Disaster Recovery through to Internal Control weaknesses
Due Diligence and Forensic Accounting
We work alongside other professional advisers at the 'Coal-face' applying our own tried and tested techniques on fraud prevention and detection and assist in information/knowledge recovery following System Breakdowns. We assist Clients in creating a foundation upon which they can measure different country results accurately by standardisation of reporting formats.
Our experience in IT goes back to the early eighties where our principal started one of the first PC rental Companies and owned IBM Compaq and Apple Dealerships. We work with a network of partners who can propose the right solution for any particular need. Above all we believe that IT is only the means to the end. LODSOI ( Long on data- short on information) leaves no-one happy. Our objective coining Bill Gates' credo is to help Clients build a 'Digital Nervous System' in their Company where Management can focus on reports that come to them 'by exception'. This ensures that digital processes are created that closely link every aspect of a company's thoughts and actions sifting out the irrelevant.
